SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

* When submitting, the authors need to agree to the following terms:

– Submissions must be original papers, never be posted/published before;

– The manuscript must use the template specified by the conference. Do not modify the font style, format, headers/footers, or include page numbers. The template follows the IEEE conference proceedings style and is available at: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html

– Language: English.

– Paper Length: up to 8 pages, in two-column format.

* Each paper is to be submitted electronically as a single PDF file through EasyChair at: https://easychair.org/my/conference?conf=defi2026

* Avoiding Plagiarism and Self-Plagiarism: The authors must avoid plagiarism and self-plagiarism in their works.

* Other requirements:

* All contributions should be original and not published elsewhere or intended to be published during the review period.

* All accepted papers must be presented by one of the authors who must register for the conference and pay the fee.

The accepted paper will be published in IEEE Xplore or in an international proceedings with an ISBN.

The conference fee for each accepted paper is:

–  Standard: 200$

–  ACIR Member/Non-ACIR Student: 100$
