Conference Registration Information

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

* When submitting, the authors need to agree to the following terms:

– Submissions must be original papers, never be posted/published before;

– The manuscript uses the template specified by the conference, do not change the font style, format, header/footer; no page numbering. The template is formatted according to Springer’s LNCS/LNAI style and is available at: https://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines

– Language: English.

– Paper Length: up to 12 pages.

* Each paper is to be submitted electronically as a single PDF file through EasyChair at: https://easychair.org/conferences

* Avoiding Plagiarism and Self-Plagiarism: The authors must avoid plagiarism and self-plagiarism in their works.

  1. Other requirements:

* All contributions should be original and not published elsewhere or intended to be published during the review period.

* All accepted papers must be presented by one of the authors who must register for the conference and pay the fee.

Registration Fees

The proceedings of DEFI 2025 will be published by the ….

The conference fee for each accepted paper is $200. The papers whose first author is a lecturer/staff/student of institutions belonging to KHU or ACIR will receive a 50% discount on conference regular fees. For students from other non-ACIR institutions, the conference fee will be $100. In this case, the papers must be submitted to the Student Track.

DEFI 2025 will also have an Online session with conference fee is $100 exclusively for authors who register early and are approved by the Organizing Committee.
